WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM THE TIME I ORDER?

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed from our warehouse prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

* During New Product Launch, Holidays, or Sale events, it may take 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES AS OF 11/19/2020

Due to a high rate of orders during the Holiday season and COVID-19 mandates and regulations, all orders will take 2 weeks from day of shipment to arrive to its destination. This applies to all countries.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number. 

Please allow 24 ‚Äď 48 hours for the tracking information to show on the USPS website. International orders can be tracked via 17track.net

‚≠źÔłŹ Please track your packages.¬†OmoSkins¬†is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it.

‚≠źÔłŹ We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS. ***

‚≠źÔłŹ If USPS Tracking confirms that the package was¬†"Delivered", no refunds or replacements will be granted.

‚≠źÔłŹ If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package,¬†you¬†are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. No exceptions!¬†¬†

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit unless you have insured your order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

OmoSkins cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

(If you refuse a shipment from  OmoSkins, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to OmoSkins This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.)
 

RETURN POLICY

We do accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition. The full order amount minus the postage charge is available to be refunded.

Our returns are always free (we do not charge you a restocking fee), but you do have to pay for your own label to return the item to us. We do not provide a label for you.

If goods were damaged upon receipt, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email support@omoskins.com with the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM" and include your Order Number. Damages due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work with you closely to resolve it in the most reasonable manner possible.
